Denise Anderson has increasingly been involved in raising awareness and has been involved with training and public speaking nationwide, working with various organisations such as the NHS, the Royal college of Nursing and national trade unions, as well as being involved in projects involving Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Trans organisations both in london and nationwide.
With a focus on self-development and empowerment within organisations, she has a particular knowledge and experience of gender issues in the workplace.
She is a founder member of Spectrum London, a London trans support group and is a former London Representative for The Gender Trust, the national charity which deals in transgender support and information. She is also a trustee with several LGBT Organisations.
